Burlap Bubble Wreath Tutorial
Note: This same tutorial can be used to create a wreath for EVERY holiday this year!! It’s early in the year so you have plenty of time to perfect your wreath making skills and build your DIY confidence along the way. To get started, wrap your wreath form in fabric or ribbon. This step is not necessary but adds a pretty backing.
