Taffy Apple Pizza
A simple and delicious dessert for the fall season.
Ingredients
- 1 Sugar Cookie Dough Roll
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1-2 Apples
- Chopped Nuts optional
- Cinnamon Sugar
Instructions
- Bake the cookie dough in a round pizza pan according to directions. Let cool.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Frost the cookie dough with the mixture.
- Cut the apple into thin slices and place on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle nuts on top.
- Finish by sprinkling cinnamon sugar over the whole pizza.
- Keep the pizza chilled and cut into slices when serving.
