Method
- Take two Nilla wafers and put a dot of frosting on the surface to hold the peppermint patty cookie in place.
- Place the thin mint cookie or peppermint patty between two Nilla wafers.
- For condiments and dressing, use the frosting! Green for lettuce, red for ketchup, and yellow for mustard.
- Swipe a little honey over the top of the Nilla wafer, then sprinkle with a few sesame seeds. This makes your cookie look like a mini bun!
