Taffy Apple Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Sugar Cookie Dough Roll
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup White Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1-2 Apples
  • Chopped Nuts optional
  • Cinnamon Sugar

Method
 

  1. Bake the cookie dough in a round pizza pan according to directions. Let cool.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  3. Frost the cookie dough with the mixture.
  4. Cut the apple into thin slices and place on top of the cream cheese layer.
  5. Sprinkle nuts on top.
  6. Finish by sprinkling cinnamon sugar over the whole pizza.
  7. Keep the pizza chilled and cut into slices when serving.
